Excellent, fixed camera for video surveillance with 1080p HDTV quality

The AXIS P1355 network camera delivers excellent HDTV 1080p in H.264 and Motion JPEG. The day / night camera is characterized by a P-Iris lens for optimum clarity, in addition to the digital PTZ, multi-view streaming and easy installation with remote back focus, pixel counter and Power over Ethernet. Two-way audio, audio detection, video motion detection, active tamper alarm and a microSD / microSDHC / microSDXC slot for optional local storage are also supported. The AXIS P1355 is ideal for use in banks, schools and stores.

Advanced iris control

The revolutionary P-Iris of the camera enables automatic and precise control of the iris position in order to achieve optimum depth of field. DC iris lenses (optional) are also supported for backward compatibility. The day / night functionality maintains high quality images under low light conditions.

Multi-view streaming

To be able to reduce bandwidth and storage capacity, the camera offers digital pan / tilt / zoom and multi-view streaming, with which different image cuts can be used as separate streams. The camera supports multiple, individually configurable video streams in H.264 and Motion JPEG.

Remote back focus and pixel counter

After the focus has been set manually (roughly), the fine adjustment can be done with a PC / laptop by using. the remote back focus functionality. The pixel counter helps the installer verify that the pixel resolution of an object meets the requirements of the customer or application, for example face recognition.
