The range of each antenna depends on the following points:

Environment, forests, open field etc. (wireless networks are very muted by trees and forests)

Structure of the buildings within which the signal must be received. Wireless signal passes through wood more easily than concrete.

Receiving equipment. The network card in the 'client' (laptop, computer, PDA etc) that must receive the signal must also be of good quality

It is therefore very difficult to say anything about the range, with the proviso that we can state that the range for good reception is between 100 m and higher. (in ideal situations a few hundred meters is no relief, in a dense forest the question is whether a wireless network is the best solution.)

Circular polarization

Is a technique developed by NASA to maintain contact with spacecraft through all layers of air. The most important result of circular polarization is the much higher penetrating power than conventional linear polarization. In addition, circular polarized antennas suffer much less from reflections and interference. Even if the signal reflects through a wall, it still arrives correctly at a laptop or computer. (with a linearly exploded antenna, the polarization rotates 90 degrees after a reflection, so a much weaker signal arrives at the laptop.
