VMS support tailored to your needs.
NetcamCenter provides structural support to Video Management Systems (VMS) for various organizations such as hospitals, schools and convention centers. The systems generally consist of 50 to 300 cameras distributed over different servers and locations.
The services we provide is always remote and consists of:
- Ad hoc ad hoc troubleshooting.
- Structurally checking the system for proper operation and identifying and resolving possible malfunctions in advance.
- Performing sotware updates of Milestone and cameras.
Work is performed during business hours by certified and experienced staff. If there are critical systems, servers can be redundant. If necessary, some replacement cameras will be stored on site in advance for quick replacement in the event of a failure.
For more complex problems we have direct contact with the supplier who are available during office hours. Due to our partner status, a short response time applies here.
We support several brands of VMS systems such as:
- Milestone
- Axis Camera station
- Network Optix, NX Witness
- Bosch BVMS
- Hexagon, Qognify, Cayuga, SeeTec
- Genetec
The exact work is always tailored to the client's needs.
Services we do not perform are:
- Network management or network analysis.
- On site services

In general, a system remains in good working order for a long time if it is set up correctly and regular analysis of log files takes place. This allows most potential failures to be addressed in advance.
In addition to a camera or software failure, the cause of failures is often the power supply at the camera or network problems. These are usually addressed in cooperation with a network administrator.
