Long Range Far-Red Illuminator for Transport Applications
VARIO2 is the next generation of infrared and white light emitters from Raytec. 730nm variants are designed to improve image quality for vehicle driver / passenger recognition and other applications requiring cameras to see through windshields. The light is visible to the human eye. VARIO2 illuminators use PLATINUM Elite SMT LED technology to deliver more power and greater distances from a smaller platform than the current generation of illuminators. The VARIO2 series offers a wider range of solutions offering a range of advanced security functions for easier programming and safer operation of smart lighting systems. VARIO2 features an interchangeable lens system with Hot-spot Reduction technology for highly uniform illumination performance where it is needed most for excellent nighttime images. With the optional handheld remote control, VARIO2 also makes installation and commissioning faster, easier and safer.
