With the Axis Video Server Rack a large amount of video servers can be accommodated in a 19 "racmount environment. The result is an effective network video solution. The Axis Video Server Rack offers high reliability and functionality.

The Axis Video Server Rack has been developed for enterprise class solutions and is intended for environments with a large quantity with (existing) cameras.

The Axis Rack solution combines the AXIS Video Server Rack, a 19 "rack mountable chassis (including built-in interchangeable power supply) with 1 to 12 interchangeable and hot-swappable Blades. The well-known Axis 240Q, 241S and 241Q video servers are available for the Blades in a special format (the standard table models are not suitable) and with support of hot-swap.The Video Server Rack is supplied without blades but with power supply and blanking panels that cover the unused blade positions. With a mix & match of the blade video servers, almost every configuration can be created.
