To activate a Free Trial License:

Nx Witness allows new users to activate a FREE trial license - good for 4 devices (IP cameras, I/O modules, and Encoders) for 30 days - instantly when connected to the internet.

1. Launch Nx Witness Desktop client and login to your Nx Witness System. Make sure you log in with Administrator rights.
2. From the Main Menu button choose System Administration.
3. Navigate to Licenses, and in the New License section choose the Internet Activation tab.
4. Press Activate Trial License.

When you have completed the license activation you should now see the trial license in the Active Licenses list under type Time with an expiration date, and the name of the Server on which the licenses have been applied in the Licenses dialog.
