The AXIS M7014 Video Encoder is an easy-to-use 4-channel video encoder with good video performance. It can simplify the migration to network video without replacing the existing cameras.

Affordable and powerful

The AXIS M7014 offers edge storage via a microSDHC memory card slot. It supports all types of analog cameras including PTZ (pan / tilt / zoom) and PTZ domes. The video encoder has both RS-422 and RS-485 for controlling analogue PTZ cameras.

The easy way to a smarter CCTV system

The AXIS M7014 is perfect for large analog video installations, especially where an IP network infrastructure is already present. The encoder draws its power via Ethernet, the same cable that is already used for data transmission, which drastically simplifies installation. An external AC adapter is included for those who do not want to use PoE.

Less bandwidth and storage

The AXIS M7014 can deliver two video streams (per channel) simultaneously, one in H.264 and the other in Motion JPEG, at 15 frames per second in resolutions up to D1 (720x576 in PAL). The H.264 video compression format reduces bandwidth and storage consumption without compromising image quality. Motion JPEG is supported for flexibility.
