Now you can take advantage of Axis's 5-year warranty service for free. Valid for purchases shipped from Axis to the original purchaser on or after April 1, 2020, the 5-year warranty means you can enjoy years of trouble-free use of your Axis device and better control over your total costs. At Axis, we stand behind our products and this increase over the previous 3 year warranty is the result of the confidence we have in our manufacturing quality. In addition, for defective products within the warranty, we provide enhanced Return Material Authorization (RMA) support for a higher level of guaranteed quality.

No surprises

The Axis 5-year warranty covers the majority of our product portfolio (see datasheet for exceptions). And it's free without you having to do anything. That means no administration, no emails and no registration is required. And you don't have to worry about hidden fees - there are no nasty surprises hidden in the fine print - what we promise is just what you get.
