This can be used with a short cable to optically disconnect an outdoor camera from the network for surge protection, for example by lightning.

Distances of up to 3 kilometers can also be bridged with this set, if the correct cable is used. Ask for the possibilities.

The fiber optic port is 100MBit / s, the RJ45 ports are 10 / 100MBit / s autonomegotiating.
