Axis A4010-E Reader without keypad is a collaboration between Axis and Assa Abloy designed to fit perfectly with the Axis A1001 Network door controller. The cost-saving reader has no keyboard and the small dimensions make it easy to place. Two LED symbols give clearly visible feedback. The reader supports the touch-free entry with most entry card formats, and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation. IP66 classification makes it suitable for demanding environments.

Future proof and backward compatible

AXIS A4010-E is suitable for the future as well as backward compatible as it supports different card formats to meet specific system requirements. This allows the use of existing installations, since most existing cards with 13.56 Mhz technology can be used when upgrading to new hardware (Axis A1001).
