The SNC-CX600W is a compact, affordable wireless security camera that is ideal for securing offices, restaurants, hotels and other small business premises.

The SNC-CX600W offers crisp, clear HD 720p image quality and incorporates many of the basic image processing technologies mentioned in the latest generation of video security cameras from Sony. Powered by the acclaimed IPELA ENGINE EX signal processing platform, you enjoy excellent image quality plus intelligent analysis.

The discreet, smartly styled fixed camera views the scene with a wide (120 °) horizontal viewing angle. A passive infrared (PIR) sensor can detect an object with a temperature higher than the room temperature in the camera's field of vision in total darkness, so that the environment is automatically illuminated with a white LED or when it is activated by the user. The PIR sensor can also activate other actions, such as recording on an optional memory card, giving voice notifications through the built-in speaker or sending an email notification.

The set-up is quick and easy: wireless work means no network cables are required, making installation even easier for homes and small businesses. HD video can be streamed over IP networks and also stored on the camera's micro SD memory card for later review.
