The AXIS Q6045-S MkII is the top-of-the-line outdoor PTZ dome with an HD1080p resolution, a 32x optical zoom and fast, accurate pan / tilt performance to view a large area in detail. It is ideal for city surveillance, train stations, (sports) stadiums, ports, and so on environments.
Reliable operation
The camera supports round-the-clock pan / tilt / zoom operation, the robust AXIS Q6045-S MkII can be automatically aimed at one of the 256 preset positions by using the guard tour. With endless 360-degree pan (turning without end stop), 220-degree tilt (tilt range) and the high zoom range, the camera can monitor an extremely large area. The camera can be oriented 20 degrees above the horizon and offers more flexible mounting options. The adjustable day / night functionality ensures high image quality, even with low light conditions. The camera is vandal-proof (IK10) and has shock detection, over-voltage protection (railroad standard), and protection against rain, dust and snow (IP66 and NEMA 4X). It can operate in a temperature range of -50 to +50 Celcius. The Arctic Temperature Control of the camera ensures a safe start-up in extreme cold.
The camera also has a mechanical detection that can trigger an alarm if the camera (or mast mounted) is hit. Under vibrating conditions, the electronic image stabilizer reduces the effects of the vibrations to provide sharper video.
Intelligent video
The built-in video analytics include highlight compensation that can mask out strong light sources such as headlights. It also supports object removal, gate detection, object counting and in / out detection. And, the Active Gatekeeper, which allows the camera to automatically move to a preset position when motion is detected in a predefined area, and can track the detected object. The camera also has substantial capacity for 3rd party intelligent video applications.
Local storage, Two-way audio and I / O
With an optional multi-connector cable, the AXIS Q6045 offers two-way audio, audio detection, input / output ports for connecting external equipment and AC / DC power supply. AXIS Q6045-S Mk II has a built-in memory card slot for local storage of recordings. The camera is powered with High Power over Ethernet using. the included High PoE midspan.
