The AXIS Q1931-E is a bullet-style, outdoor-ready thermal network camera designed to withstand harsh weather conditions. It has a built-in heating for the window. It is ideal for cost-efficient 24x7 terrain or perimeter surveillance in numerous applications such as at roads, tunnels and airports. In addition, the camera has audio detection based on volume and there is a 2-way audio interface that makes it possible to communicate with visitors or intruders.

IP Surveillance features

The AXIS Q1931-E Thermal network camera supports H.264 video compression, which helps reduce bandwidth and storage capacity by up to 80% compared to Motion JPEG. The camera delivers multiple, individually adjustable video streams in H.264 and Motion JPEG. Every stream can use its own color palette. The AXIS Q1931-E has 2-way audio support to easily communicate with visitors and intruders.
