The DINION IP ultra 8000 MP with a resolution of 12 megapixels delivers clear, clear and detailed images that meet the highest requirements in the field of IP video surveillance. Images are captured with 12 megapixel at 20 fps and with 4K UHD at 30 fps, for images of fast-moving objects with high resolutions. The detailed image is suitable for effective retrospective analysis with a quantity of details that makes the difference when collecting forensic evidence. The camera offers a wide-angle overview and multiple focal points on one screen, so you can focus on details without losing sight of the entire image.

System overview

The advanced image processing techniques take the DINION IP ultra 8000 MP to a higher level. Intelligent Video Analysis (IVA) keeps track of relevant situations and adds meaning and structure to stored video images, so that you can quickly retrieve the correct data. The intelligent automatic exposure function (intelligent Auto Exposure, iAE) ensures excellent compensation of light and backlight and provides a perfect image every time. Intelligent dynamic noise reduction (Intelligent Dynamic Noise Reduction, iDNR) limits bandwidth requirements at the source and only uses bandwidth when needed. This leads to a 50% lower bit rate, so that the storage costs and network load are considerably reduced without compromising on video quality.

Basic functions

Measured dynamic range The dynamic range of the camera is excellent 92 dB dynamic range for 4K UHD mode (plus extra 16 dB in combination with the intelligent automatic exposure function). The actual dynamic range of the camera is measured by OECF analysis (Opto-Electronic Conversion Function) with a standardized test chart based on ISO standards. This method offers more realistic and controllable results compared to the theoretical approaches that are sometimes used.
