The AXIS M3014 Fixed Dome Network Camera is an ultra compact fixed dome with an innovative and unique camera design. It has been specifically developed for recessed mounting is suspended ceilings, and provides a very discreet solution for network video surveillance only 9 cm in diameter and barely 3 cm (1.1) protruding below the ceiling.

The AXIS M3014 delivers 1.3 Mega-Pixel resolution video and uses progressive scan technology. The camera offers multiple streams that can be optimized individually in H.264 and as a Motion JPEG, and supports MPEG-4 Part 2 for backward compatibility. The H.264 compression enables efficient optimization of bandwidth and storage by significantly reducing the bit rate.

The AXIS M3014 is easy to install in suspended ceilings. A hole with a diameter of 7 cm is sufficient for the flush mounting. The camera uses Power over Ethernet, which means that separate power can be dispensed with using a 230V adapter. The camera comes with a magnetic cover so that screw mounting is not necessary. The standard supplied cover is in white, optionally covers in gold, black or beige are available.
