The compact, flat design suppresses reflections to maximize the usability of images when shooting in the dark.

With its camera angle adjustable around 3 axes, it offers a horizontal image of 115 °, which is easy to adjust, even on Corridor Format. The AXIS Companion Eye has a compact design. Its flat front suppresses reflections. This camera uses WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) technology and IR lighting for monitoring in poor light conditions or even in complete darkness. The camera offers HDTV quality surveillance images. The AXIS Companion Eye is equipped with PoE, which makes it possible to run both the network connectivity and the electrical power supply via one and the same cable.

Combined with the 64 GB AXIS Companion card, the camera offers a handy recording solution. Thanks to the support for Axis' Zipstream technology, the recording time is maximized.
