AXIS A4610 Network Reader is an all-in-one device that comes with everything needed to manage the full door, including the door lock and door position sensors.
It is a compact IP reader that offers a complete interface for controlling one door. It is designed for both indoor and outdoor use and is easy to install in tight spaces for convenient, contactless access.

Using Power over Ethernet (PoE), this reader connects to the network with a single cable for both power and connectivity. With no need to wire back from the door controller to the reader, it offers streamlined, cost-efficient installation with less cabling. This also makes it easy to add more readers and scale the system. With remote maintenance, it ensures lower costs and higher security. For instance, it is possible to grant and control access rights, update software, change configurations, and manage devices – all from anywhere in the world.

Featuring a mullion-mount design, this IP reader is ideal for installation in indoor and outdoor areas where space is limited, and it fits perfectly in narrow areas and door frame installations. Compatible with most RFID credentials, such as the AXIS TA4711 Access Card and AXIS TA4712 Key Fob, it offers secure and seamless touch-free entry.
