Standard vs. Premium

Direct to Cloud

Direct to Cloud requires no on-site hardware other than the camera.

Software in the camera ensures communication with the cloud.

Direct to cloud is available for a limited number of cameras with the following specification:

• Axis Cameras Firmware 9.80 or higher
• Bosch Cameras with CPP14 and Firmware 9.40 or higher
• Door controller Axis powered by Genetec Firmware 11.8.75.6 or higher

More cameras will support the Direct to Cloud function. Please contact us for the current list of supported cameras and access control models.

Cloud-managed appliance

If cameras do not support Direct to cloud, Cloudlink hardware on location allows the camera to send images to the cloud and be stored locally to a limited extent. This is the cloud managed appliances function.

This service works for:

• selected cameras with ONVIF Profile S
• 1-30 cameras per cloud link

• 10 Sites with 5 5MP Cameras each
• 1 site has a camera with 4 lenses

Required licenses for 1 year:

• 1 Basic (SCC-PREMIUM-1Y) license required
• 54 Camera lens (SCC-PREMIUM-1C-1Y) licenses required
• 10 sites with 5 cameras = 50 cameras
• 1 camera with 4 lenses = + 3 camera licenses
• 1 camera with 2 lenses = + 1 camera license
• 54 Cloud storage licenses 5MP 7Days (SCC-CS-5M7D-1Y)

Example 2: Cloud managed

• 3 Sites
• site 1: 4 cameras 4MP
• site 2: 8 cameras 8MP
• site 3: 25 cameras 2MP
• Desired storage 14 days.

• 37 Camera lens (SCC-PREMIUM-1C-1Y) licenses required
