3MP Mono BCR Camera

The Hanwha Vision TNS-7000M is a high-performance 3MP mono box-type network camera designed for reliable barcode recognition (BCR) in demanding industrial and commercial environments. Powered by a global shutter CMOS sensor, it captures fast-moving objects with crisp clarity and minimal motion distortion at up to 50 fps ideal for conveyor lines, sorting systems, and high-throughput logistics.

Its built-in AI barcode recognition engine identifies and decodes barcodes and QR codes in real time, reducing manual scanning while improving accuracy and traceability. Typical use cases include automated identification of packages, pallets, and shipments in warehouses, production lines, and logistics centres, as well as ports, airports, and checkpoints where objects move at speed.

The TNS-7000M can be tailored to your application with flexible options: choose optional lenses from 6 mm to 25 mm for wide-area coverage or detailed long-range capture, and add front covers, LED modules, and other accessories to optimise performance in challenging conditions. Built for harsh environments, it features IP66/IP67 weather protection and IK10 vandal resistance. It also supports Micro SD for local recording, providing redundancy alongside centralised NVR/VMS storage.

As a true network camera, it integrates smoothly via ONVIF, RTSP, HTTP/HTTPS, and IPv6, ensuring compatibility with most VMS platforms and third-party systems turning surveillance into smart automation where accuracy, durability, and intelligent processing matter most.
