High-quality network camera with 360 degree endless rotation

The SNC-RX570 is the flagship of the SNC-RX series, the intelligent, network-compatible high-speed dome cameras from Sony. Functions such as a 36x optical zoom lens enable zooming in on small and distant objects with special brightness. In combination with the 12x digital zoom, we have achieved a maximum zoom of 432x.

The SNC-RX570 combines the features of a dome camera with extremely high image quality, intelligent functionality, dual coding technology, three compression formats (JPEG, MPEG4 and H.264) and privacy zone masking. This makes the SNC-RX530 ideal for all kinds of critical video surveillance tasks.

PTZ function with 360 degree pan and 36x zoom

The SNC-RX570 features pan, tilt and zoom (PTZ) with 360-degree pan, -90 - 0-degree tilt and 36x zoom. In this way the entire environment can be fully captured. And thanks to a turning and tilting speed of 300 degrees per second, you can quickly move the camera to any desired position. Up to 16 camera positions can be pre-programmed and adjusted with an accuracy of ± 0.2 degrees.

Day / Night function

With a day / night function in combination with an Exwave HAD-CCD, the SNC-RX570P achieves very high sensitivity (minimum light intensity of 0.15 lux) and excellent visibility, even under poor or changing light conditions.

Multiple compression formats (JPEG, MPEG4, H.264)

Depending on the application and the available network bandwidth, you can choose the most suitable of the three codecs mentioned above. In general, the compression rate of MPEG4 is about four times higher than that of JPEG, while the compression ratio of H.264 is about double that of MPEG4.

Dual encoding technology for MPEG4 and JPEG images

The SNC-RX570 can simultaneously generate images in MPEG4 and JPEG format. Although the JPEG stream can be recorded and monitored locally, MPEG4 allows transfer via the Internet - even with limited bandwidth.

Intelligent motion detection

Unlike conventional motion detection, motion detection on the SNC-RX570 analyzes movements over the last 15 frames so that only truly significant movements are detected. This reduces the risk of false alarms caused by so-called environmental sounds such as trees swept by trees, waves or AGC noise (Auto Gain Control).

Intelligent object recognition

An object that appears new and stays in the selected scene for more than 40 seconds is recognized as an "unattended object". In addition, the function also detects objects that have been removed from the scene. Three time settings are possible for this function.

tamper protection

The SNC-RX570 contains a security chip that creates a digital signature for a group of images. This is coded according to the PKI schedule. The recording software stores images and digital signatures in pairs. In this way it can be proven from which camera a photo originates and that it exists in its original form - not manipulated.

Dynamic frame integration

By means of dynamic frame integration, the SNC-RX570 optimizes the resolution of moving and still parts of the image without sacrificing vertical resolution. Until now, they have the choice between field or frame integration to optimize the recording of moving or still parts of the image. The SNC-RX530, on the other hand, first performs field integration and then dynamically performs field integration - namely, only for the moving image components. This offers a better vertical resolution with dynamic frame integration in moving and still image zones

Mask spherical privacy zone

With privacy zone masking, certain parts of the image can be hidden, for example, to protect privacy. Even if the camera direction is changed with the PTZ function, these areas remain hidden due to a 3D tracking function. With the SNC Privacy Masking Tool on the supplied CD-ROM you can define up to eight masking areas (from firmware version 1.1).

Digital image stabilizer

The image stabilization function reduces the occurrence of camera shake due to camera shake. This function is useful in outdoor applications, especially when mounting on high masts.
