The SNC-CH180 is an important addition to Sony's excellent portfolio of network security products. The SNC-CH180 is an HD camera that even displays images in absolute darkness (0 lx). With its built-in infrared (IR) light *, the camera produces sharp images even when no light is visible.
The detail rich HD fixed security camera has the latest Sony's technology in the field of image enhancement.
The camera features the View-DR technology for a wide dynamic range in challenging light conditions and XDNR (Excellent Dynamic Noise Reduction), which virtually eliminates the blur in low-light situations. Combine these technologies with the IR Illumination of the CH180 and you have a complete and very powerful HD network security camera.

The SNC-CH180 projects infrared light over 15 meters taken from the lens. Affordable storage of sharp images where other cameras only give a dark image is now possible.

Sony's DEPA Advanced Intelligent Video and Audio Analysis means that the SNC-CH180 automatically detects motion and alerts on user-defined condition.

The SNC-CH180 also offers excellent weather protection (IP66).

* Infrared light is monochromatic (single color), therefore all recorded images are i.c.m. infrared light in black and white.

The camera comes with the full Prime Support package for the period of 1 year. This means convenience, quick repairs and support when technical advice is needed. In the event of a defect, a replacement product is delivered in advance with a target time of one working day. An additional 3 years of Prime Support is available as an option.

Note: This camera comes standard without an AC adapter.
