Advanced pan / tilt / zoom capability

The PTZ camera offers 18x optical and 12x digital zoom with autofocus. It has a 360-degree panoramic range thanks to the unique Auto-flip functionality, which simulates a continuous pan beyond the mechanical stop, and allows an operator to keep track of an object. The AXIS P5534-E has the Advanced Gatekeeper functionality, for an automatic pan and tilt control if activity is detected in the scene and can zoom out after a (adjustable) period of time.

High Power over Ethernet

The AXIS P5534-E can be powered via High Power over Ethernet. This simplifies the installation because only one (1) cable is needed for power, video and PTZ control. A High PoE mid-span is included with the camera. The camera conforms to the new High PoE standard IEEE 802.3at.
