Advanced pan / tilt / zoom capability

The PTZ camera offers 18x optical and 12x digital zoom with autofocus. It has a 360-degree panoramic range thanks to the unique Auto-flip functionality, which simulates a continuous pan beyond the mechanical stop, and allows an operator to keep track of an object. The AXIS P5534 has the Advanced Gatekeeper functionality, for an automatic pan and tilt control if activity is detected in the scene and can zoom out after a (adjustable) period of time.

High Power over Ethernet

The AXIS P5534 can be powered via High Power over Ethernet. This simplifies the installation because only one (1) cable is needed for power, video and PTZ control. A High PoE mid-span is included with the camera. The camera conforms to the new High PoE standard IEEE 802.3at.
