The AXIS P5532 PTZ Dome Network Camera is a pan / tilt / zoom camera with D1 resolution and 29x zoom for indoor surveillance applications. With an IP51 rated protection against dust and dripping water, the AXIS P5532 is ideal for use in airports, train stations, department stores, shops and schools. The AXIS P5532 offers D1 (704x576) resolution in full frame rate (30fps) and delivers multiple, individually configurable H.264 and Motion JPEG video streams.

Advanced pan / tilt / zoom capability

The PTZ camera offers 29x optical and 12x digital zoom with autofocus. It has a 360-degree panoramic range thanks to the unique Auto-flip functionality, which simulates a continuous pan beyond the mechanical stop, and allows an operator to keep track of an object. The AXIS P5532 has the Advanced Gatekeeper functionality, for automatic pan and tilt control if activity is detected in the scene and can zoom out after a (adjustable) time frame.

High Power over Ethernet

The AXIS P5532 can be powered via High Power over Ethernet. This simplifies the installation because only one (1) cable is needed for power, video and PTZ control. A High PoE mid-span is included with the camera. The camera conforms to the new High PoE standard IEEE 802.3at.
