AXIS P5515 PTZ Dome Network Camera Cost-effective indoor HDTV PTZ dome with 12x zoom The easy-to-install AXIS P5515 is a compact, affordably priced pan/tilt/zoom camera suitable for surveillance of areas such as stores, banks, hotels, warehouses and business premises. AXIS P5515 enables users to pan 360° for overview surveillance and zoom 12x with autofocus for detailed views. HDTV 1080p and day/night ensures image quality is maintained even in low light conditions. The camera provides up to 1080p (1920x1080) resolution at 25/30 fps frame rate, and offers H.264 and Motion JPEG streams. When an optional multi-connector cable is used, AXIS P5515 supports two-way audio, audio detection, I/O ports for external devices and AC/DC power. The camera is IP51 rated, which ensures protection against dust and dripping water, and allows it to operate even when a sprinkler system is activated. The SD/SDHC slot enables recordings to be stored locally.

Pan/tilt/zoom capabilities
The PTZ camera enables users at a remote location to pan 360° for overview surveillance, tilt 180° and zoom in 12x with autofocus for detailed views. The Advanced Gatekeeper functionality enables the camera to automatically move to a preset position when motion is detected in a pre-defined area.

High video quality
Thanks to the camera's day/night functionality, high image quality is maintained even in low-light conditions. AXIS P5515 provides H.264 and Motion JPEG streams in up to 1080p resolution at 25/30 fps frame rate. H.264 greatly optimizes bandwidth and storage without compromising image quality.

Easy and reliable installation
AXIS P5515 supports standard Power over Ethernet for easy installation. The camera simply connects either to a PoE-enabled switch or via a PoE midspan to a switch with one network cable for carrying power, video/audio and PTZ controls.

The camera also has an IP51 rating, which ensures protection against dust and dripping water. It enables the camera to operate even when the sprinkler system is activated.
